Return and Exchange Eligibility

- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return (excludes discounted items).
- For Clothing: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Items with visible damage, markings, stains, or strong odors (e.g., smoke, cologne, detergent) will be subject to denial.
- Please note: Our 14-day warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or accidents.
If your product(s) meet the return conditions, our team will issue store credit (excluding shipping costs) to the email attached to your order. Store credits, coupon codes, or gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
We reserve the right to deny returns after 14 days.
Item Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact our support team at 204seven.clothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Out-of-Stock Exchanges
If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for up to 01 month from the date of issue.
Refund
Refunds will only be provided by store credits and will do inspection and confirmation that the faulty item was dispatched via our warehouse. We offer FREE returns and exchanges for domestic orders.
